If you get the feeling you’re surrounded by activity, ladders and lightbulbs lately, that’s because, well, you are.

The Village at Taylor Pond is rolling out our fancy (and environmentally friendly) new LED lights. And we’re doing it everywhere. That means all units, common areas and outside fixtures will be outfitted with lights that will lower our carbon footprint — and your electric bill by 30 percent.

The next time you’re hanging out in the great room, lounging poolside or lazing about with a John Grisham thriller on your sofa, you can feel like you’re doing something good for the earth at the same time. Oh, and rest assured that like everything else we invest in around here, the lights will be lovely to look at, too.

We’re aiming to wrap up this project sometime in May.
