Awaken your sense of well-being with yoga at Night Shift Brewing’s Taproom Yoga. Join in on the class in the brewery’s Everett Taproom, Sundays from 11 – 12 pm! This class will be led by a local yoga instructor who will demonstrate a series of poses, stretches, and breathing within the Taproom.

Tickets include a beverage, whether a craft beer from the brewery, or a non-alcoholic beverage, like seltzers, non-alc beer, and the brewery’s cold brew.

This event is BYOM (bring your own mat) and costs $15. A special event is taking place on Sunday, May 8th for Mommy + Me Yoga where all are welcome to attend as an opportunity for parents to breathe, pose, and bond with their children.
